一、矿石进口报关材料及流程：

2，报检。花岗岩、石灰岩、铜矿，铁矿，砂岩、镍矿，铅矿，大理石等需要做放射性测试。放射性测试，采取现场测试和实验室核素分析相结合的方法。集装箱进口石材，需要逐柜测试；散装进口石材，选取石材的30%进行测试。当现场测试的可疑值比较高时，进行实验室核素分析。检验合格后，发放《石材进口检疫检验证明》。

问: 付款方式和贸易方式采取哪种为佳

答：信用证也以，但是后以到港商检后付款为宜。

质量上可能会有问题，看你进的是块矿还是粉矿了，如果粉矿的话检验可能会相对准确点，如果块矿的话，建议请一位有经验的人去目测，或者都打开，科学取样。

非洲的矿，运输期长，质量不一定有保障，对方的检验机构不可信等问题

如果以买方的立场来考虑，当然是以到港检验后付款有利。

但基本上这种贸易操作非常不利于卖方，成功几率不大！

我个人认为；好还是请有经验的人或至少有人在装运港监装检测，FOB价买断付款自己安排船只运回来！这是比较保险的！

问：我公司的营业执照的经营范围没有铜矿石这个，要变更经营范围吗？
